Contemplation: Consonant Intuition

I’m possessed with the thought that happiness is consonance; sadness is dissonance. Being consonant precipitates hope and creation. Being dissonant precipitates nihilism and deconstruction.

As a young adult someone once dubbed me: “THE PROPHET OF ANARCHY.” I’m now realizing the deep beauty of a statement like that, especially considering my deeply held belief that everyone should be allowed the opportunity to genuinely express themselves; that everyone be allowed the opportunity to see their thoughts manifest1.

How may one find love in anything unchallenging? Persisting through life with sensation, almost by definition, requires a resignation to being jolted about from one place to another. Always accelerating into one dimension or another.

One should rather have a null existence than be at rest2. To rest is to cease, but action does not require motion nor significant physical effort. Proper action only requires intention.

And now we come back to the point: Full expression of self, and self-realization. For these to be pervasively manifest in a cultural unit3 at any impactful level, persons must be incentivized to express their sincere respective intentions.

This incentivization is best enforced via people exercising mutual faith in the abilities their peers have either demonstrated to possess, or to have shown reasonable capability in obtaining. Anarchy indeed.

But anarchy contingent on absolute honesty derived from inner courage, which in turn fuels maximum freedom and consequentially maximum realization (including expansion of perception)4.

Just as the hand should not deceive the mind, nor the foot deceive the hip, nor then should The Individual deceive The Whole. To do so creates Dissonance. The Lie becomes a betrayal of The Part to The Body which splinters perception and fractures The Mind.

The Mind is powerful, but it is malleable5. It can be twisted simply by lying to it. The Mind’s weakness is that it believes anything it is told, especially repeatedly – this is coincidentally its strength as well.

I hope whoever reads this uses this knowledge well; that is: to help others awaken, and not fall further into The Deep (Sleep).

  1. …to some extent.
  2. An unremarkable state of being punctuated by no events, whatsoever.
  3. familial, communal, or societal level
  4. Individual freedom achieved via honest interaction cultivates sensitivity and subsequently empathy.
  5. Additionally: The Mind is powerful because it is malleable.
