The Vocation of The Heart

Original Post: July 15, 2025

I’ve heard a voice, but it wasn’t a sound.

I’ve felt a heart, but it wasn’t a beat,

I’ve saw a face, but it wasn’t with sight.

The fire in my chest can’t be extinguished by water,

And the love flowing from my heart shall never dry.

I’ve heard the call.

You are like me. I am like you. We are the survivors.

I cry for you, in solidarity with the tears of The World, for The World.

Not in pity. Not in gladness. But in Hope.

We are the ones who bind the broken-hearted.

A voice without sound. A face without sight. A fire without end.
